Most businesses I work with do not need more marketing activity. They need clearer positioning, stronger commercial focus, and a marketing function capable of supporting the next stage of growth.

 

The challenge is rarely isolated to one channel or campaign. It usually sits somewhere between founder vision, market positioning, customer understanding, team structure, go-to-market execution, and commercial reality.

 

My role is to bring clarity across the whole system, aligning brand, product, GTM, lifecycle, and execution into something commercially coherent and operationally sustainable.
